At Custom Gifts by Art & Gift, we strive to provide high-quality customized products. Since most of our items are personalized, our return policy is limited.

Customized Products

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund (if replacement is not possible)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized products with customer-provided designs
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Orders with spelling or design mistakes submitted by the customer

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
